Paws & Keys is a rental matching and referral platform focused on pet-friendly long-term rentals. We connect renters with pet-friendly property options and introduce renters to trusted third-party partner agents.

We are not a real estate agent, broker, landlord or property owner. All viewings, negotiations, contracts and payments are handled directly by partner agents, landlords and / or property owners.

No guarantee of availability or approval

Property availability, pricing and pet policies may change at any time. Final approval of any tenancy (including pet approval) is determined by the landlord and / or building management at the time of application and contract signing.

We do not guarantee that:

  • any property will be available,

  • any pet will be approved,

  • any rental terms will be accepted,

  • any listing information is complete or error-free.

Pet policy verification disclaimer

We aim to provide accurate pet-policy information and may verify pet rules where possible. However, pet policies can vary by building, landlord and time, and may change without notice.

You are responsible for confirming all rental terms and pet conditions in writing before signing a contract.

Third-party partner agents

If you submit a request or enquiry, we may share your information with partner agents so they can contact you, arrange viewings and assist with the rental process.

Partner agents are independent third parties. We do not control their services and are not responsible for their actions, advice or outcomes.

User responsibilities

You agree that information you submit to us is accurate and up to date, including:

  • move-in date

  • budget

  • preferred location

  • pet type / size / number (extremely important)

You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes or to submit harmful or misleading information.

Fees

In most cases, there is no additional cost to renters for using Paws & Keys. Any rent, deposits or fees are set by landlords / buildings / agents and will be disclosed during the rental process.

Intellectual property

All content on this Website (including text, logos, graphics and design) is owned by Paws & Keys or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paws & Keys will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • your use of the Website,

  • reliance on property or pet-policy information,

  • actions of partner agents, landlords or third parties,

  • rental disputes, deposits or contract terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.
