At Paws & Keys, we know “pet-friendly” can mean very different things depending on the building, landlord and juristic office.
Our goal is to help pet owners find condos and houses where pets are genuinely welcome.

No extra cost to renters – you’ll pay the same as you would through our partner agents.
What We Check
WE CONFIRM
Whether cats / dogs / other pets are allowed
Any size / weight limits (especially for dogs)
Maximum number of pets per unit
Whether pets are allowed in common areas (lifts, lobby, gardens)
Any additional deposits, fees or conditions required by the owner / building
Any specific restrictions (e.g., “cats only”, “small dogs only”)
